When you request our free book or contact us through DryCleanerProfits.com, we collect the following information: your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and dry cleaner business name. We also record whether you checked our SMS consent boxes (non-marketing and/or marketing) and the date and time of your submission.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to deliver the free book you requested, follow up on your inquiry, and — only if you have consented — send you marketing text messages with tips, offers, and promotions relevant to growing your dry cleaning route. We may also use your email to send you follow-up information and support.

3. SMS / Text Message Consent

We send text messages only with your explicit opt-in consent. Non-marketing messages relate to your specific request (book delivery and inquiry follow-up). Marketing messages include tips, offers, and promotions and require separate consent. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. For help, reply "HELP".

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. How to Opt Out

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message we send. You can also request removal or ask questions by emailing greg@drycleanerprofits.com. To opt out of marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as the CRM and texting platform used to deliver your book and messages), and only under agreements that require them to protect your information.

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.
